Little Ninjas
Ages: 4 - 6
The Little Ninjas program is for children aged 4-6 who are new to martial arts. This world-renowned program focuses on developing 8 key life skills: Balance, Coordination, Self-Discipline, Fitness, Focus, Memory, Teamwork, and Self-Control.

Each class emphasizes one of these skills through fun and educational activities, helping children improve their listening and motor skills. This program enhances positive development in a fun and motivating way during these crucial early years. Our motto is "Little Ninjas today, leaders tomorrow," teaching that martial arts is more than kicking and punching; it’s about being the best you can be in everything you do.

Samurai
Ages: 7 - 9
The Samurai program, designed for ages 7-9, introduces martial arts fundamentals and lays the groundwork for advanced skills. Our curriculum focuses on 6 core principles: Blackbelt Attitude, Fitness, Kata, Sparring, Self Defence, and Techniques.

Each class builds on these principles through engaging and dynamic activities, fostering both physical and mental growth. The program emphasizes self-discipline, confidence, and respect, essential for a young martial artist’s development. By participating in the Samurai program, children learn valuable skills that extend beyond martial arts, preparing them for future challenges.

Ronin
Ages: 10 - 16
The Ronin program, tailored for ages 10-16, is our most advanced class, offering students increased responsibility and leadership opportunities. This program builds on martial arts fundamentals while introducing more complex techniques and concepts.

Our curriculum emphasizes advanced skills in self-discipline, leadership, and perseverance. Students engage in challenging activities that foster both physical and mental development, preparing them for higher levels of martial arts and life’s challenges. The Ronin program aims to cultivate strong, confident individuals who excel both on and off the mat.
